You must be at least 16 years old to use ADHDMax.ai. Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of younger users with appropriate supervision.

4. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You may not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Connected Services

If you connect third-party services such as Google Gmail or Calendar, you grant ADHDMax.ai permission to access those services solely to provide the features you request. You can disconnect these integrations at any time via your account settings or directly through your Google account permissions page.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate personalised recommendations, drafts, and summaries. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and tools on ADHDMax.ai are owned by or licensed to Aviv Coaching Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission. Content you upload remains yours — by uploading it you grant us a licence to process it to provide our services.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Contact hello@adhdmax.ai within 14 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviv Coaching Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ADHDMax.ai.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
