2. What Data We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when signing up
- Usage data: how you interact with our platform, features used, and session information
- Connected service data: if you connect Google Gmail or Calendar, we access only what is needed to provide the requested features (read and draft only — we never send without your explicit action)
- Assessment responses: answers you provide in tools like the ADHD assessment questionnaire
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services
- To personalise your experience and AI-generated recommendations
- To communicate with you about your account
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
4. Google API Data
If you connect your Google account, ADHDMax.ai accesses Gmail and/or Google Calendar data solely to provide the features you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising or to train AI models. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in plaintext.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@adhdmax.ai.
